The Role | What You’ll Be Doing:

Stepping into this role means immersing yourself in a broad and stimulating range of commercial and property law matters. From property transactions and leasing to owners’ corporation advice, development projects, and corporate advisory, this role offers variety, challenge, and career progression.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Advising on leasing, developments, and property disputes
  • Handling owners’ corporation matters and general property law issues
  • Providing strategic legal guidance to businesses and corporations
  • Engaging in matters related to the retirement and aged care sector
  • Collaborating with accredited specialists and senior lawyers on complex cases
About You | What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years PAE with experience in commercial and property law.
  • Mid-large size law firm experience advantageous.
  • Must have a stable work history (no job hoppers).
  • A keen eye for detail and exceptional analytical skills.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills – build trust with clients and colleagues.
  • A passion for delivering client-focused solutions.
  • The ability to manage files independently while thriving in a collaborative team.
