About the Position: Our client is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to handle a broad mix of property and development matters. The role involves advising clients on residential and commercial property transactions, off-the-plan contracts, easements, titling structures, and subdivisions. You’ll be working closely with local developers, investors, and business clients—managing files from start to finish with autonomy and support.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years PAE in Property Law (preferably from private practice)
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
