About the Position:

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Property & Commercial Lawyer to join our client’s growing team. This position is suited to a mid to senior-level lawyer (3–6+ PAE) who wants to broaden their exposure to a diverse portfolio of transactional property work, strata and community title advisory, and commercial law matters.

In this role, you will advise a range of clients including developers, strata bodies, commercial landlords, and corporate entities on matters such as:
  • Development structuring and strata titling
  • Community and company title documentation
  • Drafting and registering by-laws and management statements
  • Commercial leasing, licensing, and sales of business
  • Stratum and mixed-use developments
  • Subdivision plans and planning compliance
  • Contract preparation, negotiation, and due diligence reviews
You’ll work directly with decision-makers and enjoy strong autonomy, with access to high-level mentoring from experienced Partners. This is a client-facing, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on complex matters and long-term client relationships.

Key Requirements:
  • 3–6 years PAE in property and/or commercial law
  • Proven experience managing transactional files with minimal supervision
  • Excellent drafting skills and attention to legal detail
  • Comfortable advising clients and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach to legal practice
