About the role
 
You'll join an established Wills and Estates practice and work across a varied mix of matters, mostly estate litigation and VCAT guardianship and administration, with some probate and succession planning.

• Run files with confidence and care
• Advise on estate litigation matters
• Work on VCAT guardianship and administration matters
• Assist with probate and succession planning files
• Manage client relationships
• Use initiative to resolve issues
• Contribute to a reputable and collaborative team

 
What you'll bring

• 2-5 years PAE
• Significant experience in Wills and Estates
• Keen passion for estate litigation
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Good time management
• Ability to run files
• Practical judgement and initiative
• Existing referral network highly regarded, but not necessary
