About the Position: Our client is searching for a skilled Wills & Estates Lawyer with at least 3 years post-admission experience to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career, working alongside experienced leaders who offer direct mentorship and strong career development pathways.

You’ll play an essential role in delivering quality legal advice and managing a variety of client files. You will also be exposed to complex and interesting estate matters that will enhance your technical legal skills and deepen your expertise.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Advising clients on estate planning, structuring, powers of attorney, trusts, and family provision claims
  • Drafting and reviewing wills, enduring powers of attorney, testamentary trusts and health directives
  • Managing estate administration, probate and letters of administration
  • Representing clients in negotiations, mediations and litigation
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide holistic and strategic advice
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years post-admission experience in Wills & Estates
  • Demonstrated ability to run files independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Passion for providing personalised and practical legal solutions
