About the Role:

Our client is looking for a skilled Career Paralegal to join their Brisbane office. The successful candidate will support solicitors in various legal tasks, including:

• Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
• Managing case files and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with court filings and preparation for hearings
• Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders
• Supporting the team in both litigation and transactional matters
• Ad hoc duties - emptying dishwasher and ordering office supplies

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a paralegal in a law firm
• Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures
• Excellent research and drafting skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
