About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) or Pharmacy Manager to take on a leadership role in a full-service pharmacy on Sydney’s Upper North Shore. With an average of 250 scripts per day and the support of another pharmacist, an intern, and an assistant, you’ll have a chance to utilise your 3+ years of experience while contributing to a positive, growth-driven environment.

• Negotiable pay rate: $50-$55/hr plus super

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
• Manage the dispensing of medications and patient counselling
• Work closely with a team including another pharmacist, intern, and assistant
• Maintain high standards of customer service and pharmacy operations
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations

What you'll need

• AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist
• 3+ years of experience as a Pharmacist in Charge
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Familiarity with Zed dispense software is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
