About the role
This is an incredible career opportunity for a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) or Pharmacy Manager to lead a fantastic team in a respected pharmacy located in the Upper North Shore. You will oversee daily operations, manage a full-service pharmacy, and guide an experienced team, including another pharmacist, an intern, and an assistant. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
• Oversee the dispensing process and provide patient care and counselling
• Work closely with your team to ensure high standards of service
• Foster a positive and growth-oriented environment
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and ethical standards

What you'll need

• AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist
• 3+ years of experience as a Pharmacist in Charge
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team and maintain high standards
• Familiarity with Zed dispense software is preferred
