About the Role

Our client is seeking a confident Part-Time Pharmacist in Charge to lead dispensary operations. This is a customer-facing role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment, builds strong rapport with patients, and is comfortable working towards service and performance metrics. You’ll be the sole pharmacist on shift, supported by a dispensary technician and front-of-shop assistants.


What’s on Offer


  • Competitive rate of $50 per hour + super
  • Flexible 18–30 hours per week
  • Available across all days except Wednesday
  • Potential Saturday shifts
  • Support team: 1 dispensary technician + 2 front shop assistants
  • Average script load of 150–200 per day
  • Minfos dispensing software

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the dispensary as Pharmacist in Charge
  • Dispense and check prescriptions accurately using Minfos
  • Deliver face-to-face counselling and professional services
  • Build strong patient relationships and community rapport
  • Manage workflow efficiently during busy periods
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy standards and operational targets

What You’ll Need


  • Current AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist
  • Experience working as a PIC or confident sole pharmacist
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage workflow effectively
  • Comfortable working towards pharmacy performance metrics
