About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable Pharmacist to cover an immediate staffing gap, with the option to continue longer term. You’ll be the sole pharmacist on shift, supported by a capable dispensary team and usually two other staff in store.

This role can suit someone looking for full-time hours or a minimum of 3–4 days per week.

What’s on Offer

• Flexible engagement: full-time or minimum 3–4 days per week
• Opening hours: 8:30am–7:00pm
• Immediate priority shifts: Thursday and Friday

• Steady script volume: 150+ per day

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense and check prescriptions accurately using Fred
• Provide vaccinations and patient counselling
• Manage daily dispensary operations as the sole pharmacist
• Work efficiently with the dispensary team to maintain workflow
• Uphold all professional and regulatory requirements, including opioid handling

What You’ll Need

• AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist
• Vaccination accreditation (minimum requirement)
• Confidence working as a sole pharmacist
• Strong communication skills and a dependable, consistent approach
• Ideally locally trained/experienced in Australian community pharmacy
