About the Role

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Pharmacist Manager, leading within one of Australia's most dynamic oncology clinical trials environments. This is not a back-office role — you'll work hands-on with patients, trial participants, and a multidisciplinary team while managing and mentoring pharmacists in both the oncology trials and dispensary departments. With over 150 active clinical trials and rapid growth ahead, this position offers unparalleled scope for career development in a world-class healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage pharmacists across oncology trials and dispensary teams
  • Oversee workflows for over 150 clinical trials, with growth expected
  • Deliver hands-on clinical services to oncology and trial patients
  • Collaborate closely with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals
  • Support and mentor staff, fostering professional development and teamwork
  • Ensure compliance with hospital, trial, and regulatory requirements
What You'll Need
  • Current AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in pharmacy and leadership position
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to work within clinical trials or complex pharmacy environments
  • Excellent communication skills with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Commitment to patient-centred care and advancing oncology pharmacy practice
