• Provide care across a wide range of services including aged care, community pharmacy, private hospital and drug and alcohol services
• HMRs and case conferences
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver quality patient care
• Maintain a balanced work schedule suited to your lifestyle

 
What You'll Need

• Current AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service focus and patient-centred mindset
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Flexibility to cover evenings or weekends if required
