About the Position

Our client is currently seeking ED FACEM Specialists to join their Emergency Department on a locum basis across May, June, and July 2025. These shifts are scheduled primarily during the evenings, with some requiring on-call responsibilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-functioning ED while enjoying the benefits of a well-supported locum placement.


Key Details:

• Rate: $3000–$3500 per shift (depending on date and shift type)
• Shift Times: Evening shifts with potential for on-call duties
• Logistics: Flights, fleet car, and sole accommodation provided
• Setting: Modern ED with structured staffing and FACEM support

Available Dates:

May 2025: 8th–14th, 22nd–27th, 29th–31st
June 2025: 1st, 7th–8th, 12th–13th, 16th–22nd, 30th
July 2025: 1st–24th


Key Requirements

• Fellowship of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (FACEM)
• Current General Registration with AHPRA
• Recent Australian ED experience as a specialist
• Two references signed and dated within the past 12 months
• Comfortable working independently and in a leadership role during evening shifts
