What You Will Be Doing:

• Conducting early intervention assessments to prevent long-term disability and promote timely recovery.
• Performing comprehensive functional capacity evaluations and ergonomic assessments.
• Developing and implementing tailored return-to-work plans that align with both worker and employer needs.
• Collaborating with employers to design job modifications and supportive work environments.
• Providing vocational counselling and career coaching to assist workers in securing suitable employment.
• Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory compliance and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

What you will need:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Exercise Physiology
• Full AHPRA or ESSA Registration 
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
