Lead a regional occupational rehabilitation team in Bunbury while remaining connected to the work you know. Enjoy genuine autonomy, a 9-day fortnight,
Ready to take the next step from Occupational Rehabilitation into leadership?
This is an opportunity for an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation professional to step into a Team Leader role based in Bunbury, combining people leadership, operational oversight and client engagement within a highly regarded regional rehabilitation provider.
You’ll be joining a values-driven organisation with a strong footprint across Western Australia and a culture built around trust, autonomy and less hierarchy. Rather than being heavily removed from the day-to-day realities of rehabilitation, you’ll work closely with your team, providing practical guidance, mentoring and support while helping drive strong outcomes across the region.
This could suit an experienced Team Leader, or a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant ready to take that next step into formal leadership.
You’ll have genuine ownership over your team and region, with the freedom to lead in a way that works for your people while still having the backing and resources of a well-established organisation.
With a 9-day fortnight, company vehicle, strong earning potential and genuine flexibility, this is a leadership opportunity that doesn't require you to sacrifice your work-life balance to progress your career.

- Support the continued growth and development of the Bunbury region
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand services
