This is an opportunity for an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation professional to step into a Team Leader role based in Bunbury, combining people leadership, operational oversight and client engagement within a highly regarded regional rehabilitation provider.

Rather than being heavily removed from the day-to-day realities of rehabilitation, you’ll work closely with your team, providing practical guidance, mentoring and support while helping drive strong outcomes across the region.

This could suit an experienced Team Leader, or a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant ready to take that next step into formal leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor and support a team of Occupational Rehabilitation Consultants across the Bunbury region
• Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching and support to consultants at different stages of their careers
• Drive strong team performance while maintaining a positive, supportive and accountable culture
• Support consultants with complex cases, stakeholder management and rehabilitation strategies
• Oversee caseload quality, service delivery and sustainable return-to-work outcomes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, insurers, referrers and other key stakeholders
• Support the continued growth and development of the Bunbury region
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand services
• Work collaboratively with the wider leadership team across Western Australia
• Maintain an understanding of operational performance while ensuring consultants feel supported rather than micromanaged
• Contribute clinically where appropriate while progressively building your leadership responsibilities
• Support service delivery across Workers Compensation, Comcare and non-compensation frameworks

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Psychology
• Current professional registration or accreditation with AHPRA, ESSA, or an equivalent body
• Current federal police clearance or willingness to obtain one
• A valid driver’s licence to attend client appointments, meetings, and site visits
