Join a values-driven group of senior clinicians delivering Occupational Therapy across Perth’s health space. You’ll be home-based, travel to clients, and shape services with genuine independence. Expect close collaboration with fellow OTs and support workers, fortnightly supervision, and optional admin/back-end support when you want it.

Location: Based on your home address, providing services around your area

Engagement: Contractor (everyone on the team is contracting)

Caseload & clinical focus

• Predominantly adult mental health
• Potential mix: complex MH, PTSD, schizophrenia, autism, ADLs/functional assessments
• Small paediatrics component available if that’s your interest
• Caseloads can also be built to your interest over time

Work Model

• Home to client: Mobile, home-based model with phone support whenever you need it
• Choose your load: You decide your travel radius, hours, and appointment mix
• Smart support: Optional help with service agreements, budgets, and reports
• Stay connected: Mid-year dinner, Christmas get-together, and a collegial culture (even as contractors)
