Senior Occupational Therapist needed for a non-profit organisation clinic based in Scorebsy, catering to a mixed caseload of clients in both community

What’s on offer: - Competitive salary package ranging from $95,000 - $115,000 + Super
- Professional Development allowance of $1,000 with regular internal/external programs and quarterly training days.
- Attainable billable hours of 4 sessions per day.
- A caseload tailored to your area of expertise coming from NDIS and private referrals.
- 4 days of therapy sessions while one day per week can be dedicated to completing administrative tasks
- Opportunity to work from home with all necessary equipment supplied.
- A positive working environment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team (composed of speechies and OTs).
- Additional salary bonuses for exceeding standard KPIs.
- Company car provided for all community visits (travel no more than 30 minutes from the clinic location)

- Complete therapy sessions in clinic, community and school environments.
Your role will include: - Lead and encourage a small team of dedicated therapists, promote a positive and collaborative environment.
- Support new graduate and junior therapists, assisting in training, providing mentorship and educational programs.
- Work closely with leadership and management to contribute to the growth and development..
About You: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with at least two years of experience
- Full clean drivers license and vehicle
- AHPRA Registered
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
