Job Description

Our client is a neurodiversity-affirming clinic based in Werribee who are looking to expand their multidisciplinary team of experienced clinicians due to extensive growth. This role is suitable for passionate Speech Pathologists seeking to join a collaborative team, enjoys a positive work-life balance and wishes to be a part of a positive neurodiversity-affirming clinic.

 What’s on offer:
  • Generous salary package ranging from $90,000 - $130,000 (depending on experience)
  • Professional Development allowance $1,000, and regular training days with internal/external guests and speakers
  • Team Time every week, focusing on team building and collaboration
  • A progressive neuroaffirming practice 
  • Flexible working hours with opportunity to choose your own schedule and ability to work part-time / full-time hours. 
  • 5 Billable hours per day- 4 client sessions and another dedicated to administrative tasks
  • Additional bonuses for exceeding billable targets 
  • Travel reimbursement of 99c/km for community based sessions (travel no more than 30 minutes from clinic)
Your role will include:
  • Preparing therapy and interventions for a Paediatric Caseload (age ranging from 3-18) referred from NDIS, Medicare and private. 
  • Supporting children with ASD, ADHD, intellectual disabilities and physical disabilities. 
  • Completing 4 days of clinic based therapy while completing one day of community based sessions (for full-time staff)
  • Lead and encourage therapists, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Support new graduate and junior therapists, assisting in training, providing mentorship and educational programs.
About You:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Full drivers license and vehicle 
  • AHPRA Registered
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
