Job Description

Join a friendly, community-focused NDIS provider located in Ravenhall, servicing Western Melbourne. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician or new graduate seeking their first role who is eager to upskill and is seeking a supportive environment.

What’s on Offer
  • Generous salary ranging from $80,000-$120,000 (depending on experience)
  • Professional Development allowance of up to $3,000 per year with regular dedicated training days.
  • Flexible working hours with both Full-time or Part-time available (no fixed schedule) and options to WFH
  • Travel reimbursement of 99c/km - travel no more than 30 minutes
  • A collaborative and supportive team with regular team bonding events (bowling nights, dinners and celebrations)
  • No specific targets in place  - choose your own workload 
  • 482 Visa Sponsorship available for the right individual (must be AHPRA Registered)
Your Roles & Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred OT services to NDIS participants (ages 8–50) and private referrals.
  • Complete functional assessments, develop therapy plans, and implement interventions.
  • Collaborate with other allied health professionals to provide holistic care.
  • Manage a flexible caseload tailored to your experience and goals.
  • Participate in fortnightly team meetings, continuous professional development, and community programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and communication with clients, families, and stakeholders.
