Work in Perth's Eastern Area, tailor your caseload to your home base from the areas of Forrestfield to The Vines. Design your week and your income around a meaningful paediatric caseload.
We’re a neurodiversity-affirming, therapy-driven mobile service working across Perth’s east/north-east corridor. As a subcontractor, you set your hours, shape your geography, and focus on quality therapy (no KPIs).

The role (Contractor | Paediatrics Only)
Mobile caseload across homes, schools, and community settings—from Forrestfieldup towards The Vines (travel radius shaped to you)
Clients: Paediatric only, with a mix of NDIS and private (50/50)
Scope: Therapy-first interventions
Diary control: Director/team books initial intakes; you handle day-to-day rescheduling to suit your flow
What you’ll do
Deliver evidence-based therapy for children with communication, sensory, regulation and functional goals
Plan, implement and review personalised programs in natural environments (home, school, community)
Build strong, trust-based relationships with families, schools and educators
Maintain timely notes and reports suited to NDIS/private requirements
Support & onboarding
Tailored onboarding (up to 4 weeks) with shadow visits; length tailored to your experience and confidence
Small, friendly subcontractor team—currently 2 OTs + 1 Speech Pathologist (building for a full AH Team)
What you’ll bring
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration
Empathy, organisation and relationship-building skills with families and schools
Comfortable working autonomously in a mobile model
Own phone & laptop (we’ll handle the referrals; you run your day)
