  • Manageable Billables: Maximum 5.5 billable hours per day, typically around 3 clients per day

Your Role:

You will manage a mixed ages, community caseload across DVA and NDIS clients, with services tailored to your clinical interests where possible and dependent on client availability.

DVA clients are typically seen for approximately 12 sessions, with services including home modifications and assistive technology. NDIS services include capacity-building therapy, functional assessments, and skill development to support school participation and independence.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessments, therapy delivery, equipment prescription, report writing, documentation and follow-up. You will also deliver face-to-face and occasional telehealth sessions, participate in case conferencing as part of coordinated client care, and support caseload development where required.

Team & Culture:

You will have access to a Senior Speech Pathologist based on the Sunshine Coast for ongoing collaboration and support. While there is currently no established local OT team in the region, you will also be supported remotely by experienced teams based in Melbourne and Adelaide.

The organisation is family-friendly and places a strong emphasis on flexibility, work-life balance and clinician wellbeing.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
