- Varied caseload: Support predominantly NDIS clients across mixed ages, with opportunities across paediatrics, adults and a growing aged care caseload.
- Strong team culture: Be part of a growing Townsville team within a broader organisation of 50 practitioners, with regular team meetings, social events and quarterly team-building activities.
- Purpose-built facilities: Work from a well-resourced Townsville clinic with multiple therapy rooms, climbing walls, swings and access to growing therapy resource libraries.
Your Day-to-Day: - Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the Townsville practice.
- Provide supervision and support to junior clinicians where required.
- Complete fortnightly line management catch-ups with each team member.
- Liaise with and report back to Directors.
- Carry a 65% clinical caseload within the clinic that can be tailored to your interest area and scope.
Additional Benefits: - Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 + Super.
- Manager incentive scheme: Short-term incentive bonus scheme
- Flexible working options: Flexible start and finish times, 9-day fortnight, half-day Friday model or one RDO every four weeks.
- Professional development: $1,000 PD allowance and 2 days paid PD leave, with an additional $500 PD available for clinicians meeting billable targets.
- Bonus opportunity: 12-15% bonus paid on billables exceeding targets, based on client charge rate.
- Travel support: Company vehicle available in Townsville, with personal vehicle use reimbursed at 98c per km when required.
- Admin support: Assistance with calendars, triaging, bookings, room bookings and company car coordination.
- Tools and resources: Uniforms provided for full-time staff and Allied Health Assistants available to support therapy implementation.
Requirement: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
