This is a great opportunity for an Occupational Therapist with 2+ years’ experience who is seeking support, career growth and the chance to deliver quality care, based in a clinic near Eight Mile Plains.
- Salaries from $85,000 - $115,000 + Super depending on experience

Why You’ll Love this Role: - Tailored Caseload: Work across a mixed ages caseload aligned to your interests and scope, with exposure across NDIS, aged care, private and Medicare referrals. Current caseload is largely NDIS, with aged care referrals continuing to grow.
- Flexible Working: Enjoy flexible start and finish times, the option of a 9 day fortnight or condensed week, and WFH for non-client-facing admin tasks.
- Strong Clinical Support: Receive supervision with freqency based on your needs from an experienced Senior OT, with fortnightly team meetings, MDT learning opportunities and joint therapy sessions.
- Manageable Workload: Realistic billables and around 4-5 face-to-face clients per day, depending on whether you are in the clinic or community.
- Varied OT Work: Deliver evidence-based, person-centred assessment, intervention and clinical management across clinic, home, school, childcare and community environments where required.
- Career Development: Build a professional development pathway tailored to your goals, with future opportunities to take on supervision responsibilities.

Benefits: - $85,000 - $115,000 + Super + benefits depending on experience

- Bonus structure for exceeding billable targets
- Travel reimbursement at 98c per km
- Community travel kept within 30 minutes from your home location where possible
- Strong support from Senior OTs, Allied Health Assistants and an established administration team
Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
