Why You’ll Love This Role?Flexibility & Autonomy: Manage your own calendar and structure your day to suit your lifestyle. Book appointments around your week and complete admin (reports etc) from the Hamilton office or from home.
Tailored Caseload: Work with NDIS participants across the lifespan, with the ability to shape your caseload based on your clinical interests.
Supportive Team Environment: Be part of a collaborative, small, Brisbane team including experienced 4 Occupational Therapists, 3 dedicated admin staff, and a State Manager with approximately 10 years’ clinical experience.
Structured Induction & Ongoing Support: Benefit from a 3-month onboarding program with weekly 1:1 check-ins, gradual caseload build-up, and shadowing opportunities.
Sustainable Workload: KPI of 5.5 hours per day, inclusive of travel (up to 30 minutes), client sessions, report writing, and NDIS-related tasks.

Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
