Job Description

Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 + super
Location: Wollongong, Illawarra, Shellharbour & surrounding areas
Work type: Part-time to start, with opportunity to build to full-time
Caseload: Choose paediatrics, adults, aged care, clinic or community 

Our client is a growing allied health provider in the Wollongong/Illawarra region, currently expanding their Occupational Therapy team.

The role is not KPI-heavy, with a strong focus on quality care, flexibility and building the right team slowly.

About the Role
You will support a developing caseload across the Wollongong and Illawarra region, with referrals already coming through.
The role will be a mix of community-based work, client homes, office-based sessions and clinical intervention where required.

There is flexibility to tailor the caseload around your interests, including paediatrics, adolescents, adults, aged care, home modifications, AT tech and community-based therapy.

About You
• Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration
• Ideally 2–3+ years of experience
• Experience within mixed caseloads is highly desired 
• Comfortable working independently in the community
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Current driver’s licence 

This role would suit an OT who wants flexibility, support and the chance to be part of a growing allied health team without heavy KPI pressure.
