Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 + super
Location: Wollongong, Illawarra & Shoalhaven

Caseload: Adult NDIS
Our client is a privately owned, allied health provider with established offices and clinics. They are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their growing adult NDIS team, supporting clients with a broad range of physical, neuro, psychosocial, intellectual and age-related disabilities.
This role would suit an Occupational Therapist who enjoys adult disability work, values clinical support, and wants to be part of a large, experienced Occupational Therapy team.

About the Role
You will work with an adult NDIS caseload across Wollongong, Illawarra and Shoalhaven, supporting clients with a range of needs including physical disability, frail aged, intellectual disability, neuro and mental health presentations.
The role will involve assessments, report writing, intervention planning, functional capacity work, assistive technology, home modifications and ongoing therapy support.
You will be joining a well-established and Occupational Therapy team, with access to experienced clinicians, dedicated supervision and team leads who can provide support based on your level of experience.
About You
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a large team
• Interest in physical disability, mental health, aged care or intellectual disability
• New graduates through to experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply
• Current driver’s licence + Car
Team & Support
Dedicated experienced OTs are available to provide 1:1 supervision. New graduates can access structured weekly supervision and shadowing while building confidence, while experienced clinicians still have support available when needed, tailored to experience.
