Job Description

Our client is excited to offer a fulfilling opportunity for both early-career and experienced Occupational Therapists in the Western Sydney suburbs of Sydney. You will enjoy the autonomy to shape your schedule, whether full-time or part-time, ensuring a perfect balance between professional growth and personal well-being. 

What you will be doing
  • Managing a mixed ages NDIS caseload of ages 0-65 - this can be tailored to your preference area
  • Hybrid working with travel limited to 30 minutes from your geographical location
  • Assessing participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
  • Providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life
  • Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
  • Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and to promote independence

What you will need:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience
