  • Undertake a 12 month Training Program where you can refine your knowledge of evidence-based therapy methods

Your Role:
  • Community role with office locations in Werribee and Derrimut
  • Mixed caseload | Paediatrics - Adults | Tailor your caseload to your preference
  • Assessing and diagnosing adults and children who have difficulties with; Speech, Language, Voice, Fluency, Literacy and Swallowing
  • Access mentoring and internal support to help grow your expertise and skills
  • Participate in a weekly team meeting and contribute thoughts, ideas and solutions and engage in collaborative learning
  • Complete reflective practice to develop evidence-based therapy plans
  • Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
How you will be supported: 
  • Receive Guidance from a Career Coach/ mentor to discuss challenges with your caseload and learn while on the job
  • Undertake a 12 month Training Program where you can refine your knowledge of evidence-based therapy methods
  • Extend your skills by engaging in team collaborative learning sessions conducted by Industry Leading Speech Pathologists

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
