This company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic team. They are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping individuals of all ages improve their daily life skills and reach their full potential.

• Salary from $85K - $115K + superannuation

• Flexibility in your working day including both working in clinic or from clients homes
• Complete report writing and administration tasks from home when feasible
• Collaborate amongst a team of more than 30+ clinicians from a multidisciplinary team

Your Day:

• Working with NDIS and private clients
• Complete home modifications and assist with daily living skills
• Varied caseload across the lifespan (3-65) that can be tailored based on your area of interest
• Work from their clinic and visit clients at their homes within the local community
• 25 billable hours per week (based on experience!)

How you will be supported:

• Receive clinical and procedural supervision from your team leader based on your experience level
• Team meetings & workshops once per month in which you can share recent PD and complex cases
• Specialisation pathways available for those looking to improve and develop their clinical skills
• 2 week orientation program has you shadowing their therapists

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full APHRA registration 
• Working With Children Check 
• National Police Check 
• Driver's license and own car
