Benefit from a structured program designed to assist you make the transition from New Graduate to a comfortable Speech Pathologist. You will receive weekly supervision and have a professional development plan put together tailored to your career and clinical learning goals.

Your day to day:
- Paediatric clients from ages 0-18 with conditions including cerebral palsy, ASD, language delays, speech delays, down syndrome, alternative communication, AAC and more
- See clients in the clinic based in Beaconsfield and at their homes in the local area
- Participate in team meetings
The Support:
- Gradually build your caseload and work your way up to seeing 4 clients per day
- 7 week induction period where you will progress through a structured new graduate program
- Receive weekly supervision from the Speech Pathology team leader
- Professional Development plan tailored to you career goals
The Team Vibe:
As a team you will participate in group professional development sessions and regular trainings for you to build on your strengths and develop your weaknesses as a team.
Frequent team outings and social events ensure you are working within a close knit team of passionate Speech Pathologists.
Requirements/Skills: - Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Drivers license and vehicle
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
