Your day to day:

• Paediatric clients from ages 0-18 with conditions including cerebral palsy, ASD, language delays, speech delays, down syndrome, alternative communication, AAC and more
• See clients in the clinic based in Beaconsfield and at their homes in the local area
• Participate in team meetings

The Support:

• Gradually build your caseload and work your way up to seeing 4 clients per day
• 7 week induction period where you will progress through a structured new graduate program
• Receive weekly supervision from the Speech Pathology team leader
• Professional Development plan tailored to you career goals

As a team you will participate in group professional development sessions and regular trainings for you to build on your strengths and develop your weaknesses as a team.

Frequent team outings and social events ensure you are working within a close knit team of passionate Speech Pathologists.

Requirements/Skills:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership
• Drivers license and vehicle
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
