Are you looking for a Supervisor OR a Team Leader role within a leading paediatric therapy provider?This company's focuses on providing a safe, fun and encouraging environment where they can help children and families to explore new strategies which they can implement at home and in the community. You will be joining a large family-like team of over 40 therapists.
Two positions available - Supervisor and Team Leader role. The clinic is based in the Inner West of Sydney. Full-time or 4 days per week with negotiable start dates on offer.

For the Supervisor role your responsibilities will include:
- Provide clinical support, and mentoring to 1-2 Occupational Therapists
- Manage a reduced varied paediatric caseload including fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, self-care, handwriting plus other areas
- Opportunities to run quality improvement projects

For the Team Leader role your responsibilities will include: - Manage a small team of Occupational Therapists
- Provide annual performance reviews for your team members
- Coordinate, develop and deliver training for your team
- Assisting with intake for clients
- Opportunities to run quality improvement projects
- Hybrid working and working environments tailored to your preference
- Manage a significantly reduced caseload

What you will need: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- 3+ years experience
