For the Supervisor role your responsibilities will include:

• Provide clinical support, and mentoring to 1-2 Occupational Therapists
• Manage a reduced varied paediatric caseload including fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, self-care, handwriting plus other areas
• Opportunities to run quality improvement projects 
• Hybrid working and working environments tailored to your preference

For the Team Leader role your responsibilities will include:

• Manage a small team of Occupational Therapists
• Provide annual performance reviews for your team members
• Coordinate, develop and deliver training for your team
• Assisting with intake for clients 
• Opportunities to run quality improvement projects 
• Hybrid working and working environments tailored to your preference
• Manage a significantly reduced caseload

What you will need:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• 3+ years experience
