This rapidly growing National Allied Health organisation offers an excellent opportunity for a budding occupational therapist to join their team of experienced allied health clinicians!

Offering excellent professional development support; weekly discipline specific trainings, $1000 PD allowance & 4 days PD leave, and work shadowing opportunities with OT's with 25+ years experience!

The Benefits:
  • Salary starting from $80,000 - $100,000 + Super 
  • Travel allowance of $5000 
  • Professional Development allowance of $1000 + 4 days PD leave
  • Flexible working hours & WFH - manage your calendar to suit your needs & WFH to complete admin 
  • Manageable KPI target of 5 per day (includes transport, face-to-face & reports)
  • Structured induction: gradual increase of caseload over 2 months from starting 
  • Weekly Occupational Therapy specific training with the National OT manager with 25+ Years experience in the industry
  • Work Laptop and Phone provided
  • Once a month team lunch meet-ups for networking and support
  • Quarterly social get-togethers; cocktail making, jet skiing, dinners out and boat parties
  • Structured career progression pathways - become a team lead, clinical lead or work in operations. 
Your Role:

You will see clients across the lifespan presenting with neurodiverse and physical conditions out in the community (homes, schools etc.). Some of the services you will provide include; 
  • Early intervention
  • FCA's
  • Assistive technology and wheelchair prescriptions
  • Housing assessments (ILO/SDA/SIL)
  • Complex home modifications,
  • Beds & Mattresses Prescription,
  • Shower Chairs & Commode Chairs Prescription
  • Hoist & Sling Assessments & Prescription
  • Stroke & Neurological Therapies
  • SDA/SIL Assessments
  • Cognitive Assessments
Support available:

Recieve weekly or fortnightly supervision (depending on your needs) with Senior clinicians with over 10 years experience, access $1000 PD allowance + 4 days PD leave to undertake courses that follow you area of interest & engage in weekly discipline specific training from a very experienced occupational therapist.

What you will need:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Drivers licence and access to own vehicle
