Job Description

Are you an Occupational Therapist driven by a deep-seated passion for making impactful changes in people’s lives through top-notch, person-centred NDIS allied health services? If so, you're the superstar we're searching for!

Why Apply?

You'll be an invaluable part of a team of more than 80 Occupational Therapists, all committed to delivering clinical services across a diverse range of clients—ranging from newborns to those aged 65—with varying diagnoses and disabilities. More than that, you'll find fulfilment in contributing to our clients' individual growth and development.

Your caseload will be limited across the Pakenham area. Applicants can be based anywhere in Melbourne with contained caseloads to your location.

About the role:

As an Occupational Therapist, your toolkit will include a broad array of assessments and interventions, such as:
  • Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments
  • Sensory Assessments
  • Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments
  • Complex Home Modifications Assessments
  • Functional Daily Living Skills Assessments
  • Environmental Risk Assessments
  • Skill building and ongoing therapy
Your Occupational Therapist skills will shine in diverse settings—from family homes and disability group homes to day programs, schools, and community centres, as well as clinics.

Work-Life Balance:

Work-life balance is not just a catchphrase but a necessity. This company actively encourages a balanced lifestyle for their team of Occupational Therapists by offering:
  • Remote working options
  • Client assignments close to your residence
  • Flexible scheduling controlled by you
  • Convenient suburban office locations with free parking
  • Part-time or reduced-hour opportunities
Learning and Professional Development:

The company's commitment to the ongoing development of our Occupational Therapists is unparalleled. You'll benefit from individual and group training sessions led by Learning and Development Managers, all seasoned Occupational Therapists with over 20 years of experience, academic backgrounds, and impressive credentials. Your growth as an Occupational Therapist won't be a solitary journey; you'll always have expert guidance a phone call away.

Fresh Faces Welcome:

If you're an Occupational Therapist in the early stages of your career—say, a recent graduate or with less than a year's experience—you'll be eligible for the company's exclusive six-month Graduate Program featuring reduced client hours, one-on-one mentorship, and specialised training.

What you will need:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Drivers license and vehicle
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • All levels of experience are encouraged to apply
