This mobile service spanning Melbourne's north and west suburbs are seeking a new addition to their multidisciplinary team with NDIS clients all ages!
This community NDIS provider has a rapidly growing Speech Pathology arm to their multidisciplinary team. Focusing on providing a holistic approach to their clients, their team works in tandem across all disciplines to provide care to their clients within familiar settings including, homes, schools and kindergartens.
Interact with other clinicians from their clinic space in Werribee and travel to see clients in a 30 minute radius from your home. Flexibility is a priority for this company as they offer great work from home options, negotiable hours and the ability to structure your calendar any way that suits.
Key Benefits: - Salary from $85,000 - $115,000 + superannuation + travel allowance
- Choose from km reimbursement using your own car or to have a company car provided!
- Gradual handover period when starting to ensure you gradually build up to being comfortable with a full caseload
- Multidisciplinary team that works in tandem across occupational therapy, speech pathology, exercise physiology and physiotherapy
- External PD allowance and frequent internal workshops to ensure clinicians grow their skills
- No set KPI's! Expectations are based on each clinicians and their experience
- Flexibility to work from home when reasonable to complete report writing
About the role:
- Clinic space located in Werribee where you can see some clients, complete admin tasks and meet with team members
- Travel to clients limited around the western or northern suburbs based on your location
- Assisting clients with a variety of conditions ranging from Cognitive Disability, Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke, Learning Impairment, Mental Illness, Hearing loss
- Work within a varied team with clinicians ranging from new graduate level to those with 15+ years experience
Requirements/Skills - Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Australian drivers license
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
