Are you an experienced, neuroaffirming Paediatric Occupational Therapist passionate about coaching, mentoring, and supporting families and educators of paediatric clients? 

This unique opportunity will allow you to make a meaningful impact while enjoying flexible working arrangements and strong professional development support.
  • Salaries starting from $90,000 - $120,000 + Super (depending on your experience)
  • No clinical work, No NDIS- purely a educator and parent coaching role in Early Childhood Education and Care Settings
  • Mobile Role with WFH for admin
Your Role:
You’ll partner with Early Childhood Centres to empower educators in supporting children with neurodiverse needs. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Needs Assessment
    – Conduct an “onboarding” call with centre managers
    – Identify areas where staff need guidance (e.g. neurodiversity, developmental delays, self-help skills)
  • Resource Design
    – Develop a customised presentation based on the needs assessment
    – Prepare supporting materials (info sheets, handouts, etc.)
  • On-Site Delivery
    – Travel to the centre’s location
    – Deliver the tailored presentation
    – Provide hands-on support and answer educators’ questions
  • Follow-Up Reporting
    – Write a reflective report on the session
    – Outline outcomes and an action plan for future presentations
This role blends consultation, instructional design, and on-site training to enhance educators’ capacity in supporting children’s diverse developmental needs.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA Registration (Full)
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Paediatric Occupational Therapy
  • Own car for travel (required)
  • Commitment to a neuroaffirming approach
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
