About our client:
Our client is a growing multidisciplinary service with Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistants, working in the Bussleton area.
- Salary $80,000 - $110,000 + Super + Bonus

About the Role - Predominantly supporting children (ASD/autism and wider disability presentations); adults available if you want them
- Deliver functional assessments and therapy using robust online tools
- Mix of community visits and telehealth; WFH for admin as needed
- Sensible KPIs: ~20 billable hours/week
- Complex work is clinician-led—you choose which cases to take on, with Director support
- Gradual caseload ramp based on your confidence
Support Available - Weekly Zoom supervision with a highly experienced (10+ years) Occupational Therapist
- Day-one orientation with the Director
- Shadowing opportunities with Director
- Fortnightly team meetings; close-knit, collaborative culture
