Job Description

Our client is a growing, allied health team making therapy genuinely flexible and family-centred. If you love paediatrics (with the option to see adults too), want supervision tailored to you, and prefer a self-managed diary with real admin support—this one’s for you.

About our client:

Our client is a growing multidisciplinary service with Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistants, working in the Bussleton area.
  • Salary $80,000 - $110,000 + Super + Bonus

About the Role
  • Predominantly supporting children (ASD/autism and wider disability presentations); adults available if you want them
  • Deliver functional assessments and therapy using robust online tools
  • Mix of community visits and telehealth; WFH for admin as needed
  • Sensible KPIs: ~20 billable hours/week
  • Complex work is clinician-led—you choose which cases to take on, with Director support
  • Gradual caseload ramp based on your confidence
Support Available
  • Weekly Zoom supervision with a highly experienced (10+ years) Occupational Therapist
  • Day-one orientation with the Director
  • Shadowing opportunities with Director
  • Fortnightly team meetings; close-knit, collaborative culture
