Job Description

Work model: Clinic + Community + WFH admin (flexible mix)

Our client is a nationally well-established, values-led practice. They are seeking a Speech Pathologist at any career stage above 12 months, to deliver meaningful outcomes across paediatric and/or adult caseloads. The successful candidate will join a supportive, multidisciplinary team with excellent supervision, realistic productivity, and genuine flexibility.
  • Salary: $85,000–$120,000 + super (or 60–70% contractor split—your choice)
  • Caseload & model: Paediatrics and/or adults | clinic, schools, community, telehealth

About the Role The Speech Pathologist will:
  • Deliver assessment and intervention across speech, language, literacy, fluency, voice, AAC, and feeding (aligned to interests)
  • Work across clinic, schools, homes, and telehealth with autonomy over scheduling
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (OTs, Psychs, Physios, Rehab Counsellors)
  • Prepare evidence-based reports and contribute to care plans and goal setting
  • Build trusted relationships with families, educators, and referrers

  • Structured onboarding, reduced caseload ramp-up, shadowing, weekly supervision, and report templates
  • Advanced CPD budget, special interest stream, leadership coaching, and mentoring opportunities
  • Relocation support interstate up to $5000 budget

Selection Criteria
  • Degree in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership (or eligibility)
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights (or relevant visa)
  • Driver’s licence for community work (desirable)
  • New grads and experienced Speech Pathologists are encouraged to apply
