Opportunity overview This values‑driven multidisciplinary service based in the District of Blacktown, founded in 2021, serves predominantly NDIS participants in the heart of far-western Sydney. The practice supports individuals with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities through a holistic, person‑centred model. With a strong paediatric focus (but with adult work too), this role allows you to deliver tailored assessments, intervention and behaviour support within a collaborative team that includes OTs, Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners. Expect opportunities to develop professionally in a family‑oriented culture, as the practice grows and cross‑referrals increase.
Your Duties will Include - Deliver high‑quality psychological care to a diverse client base, including primarily children and some adults
- Conduct assessments, therapy sessions & behaviour support (optional), meeting KPI of no more than 28 billable hours/week
- Collaborate with an expert multidisciplinary team while enjoying the autonomy of managing your practice space
- Work out of a clinic near Blacktown in Sydney’s Far West
Requirements/ Skills - Experience in working with NDIS referral streams preferred.
- Experience working with children, ASD, intellectual disability or complex needs is preferred but not essential.
- AHPRA registration as a Psychologist/ late stage Provisionals
- Full Australian work rights
