Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Mental Health Occupational Therapist supporting an adult client caseload built around your home address. This mobile role offers the flexibility of working from home, combined with purposeful community engagement, and a clinic available if required in Perth CBD. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist looking for full-time or part-time hours within a supportive and professional environment. With a focus on long-term development, the role offers structured supervision, a strong onboarding program, and autonomy to manage caseloads effectively.

What’s on Offer
  • Salary $75,000 - $100,000 + Super 
  • Full-time or part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling and caseload development
  • Mobile role with WFH setup and community visits within Perth, travel capped at 30 mins from your home base
  • Structured onboarding, including two weeks of shadowing and orientation
  • Laptop provided, plus work number via e-SIM for phone use
  • Regular supervision from senior clinicians and the clinical director

  • Community-based mental health OT service with a mobile, remote-first model
  • Caseload includes a wide range of mental health presentations, including Forensic, Personality Disorder, Substance Abuse, Schizoaffective Disorders, Bipolar and more.
  • Primary services include functional capacity assessments and recovery-oriented interventions under the NDIS
  • Team of 7 Occupational Therapists, fostering a mature, collaborative, and adaptable work culture

Requirements
  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Experience or strong interest in mental health and community-based care
  • Confidence in managing independent work and local travel for home-based visits
  • NDIS Clearance & National Police Checks 
  • Drive, a valid license and a car
