Join a warm, family-oriented paediatric clinic in the heart of Hervey Bay, where purpose and practice come together. Work alongside a vibrant team of 18 Allied Health professionals, including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Dieticians and Counsellors-all united by a mission to make meaningful change in the lives of children with ASD, ADHD, and developmental delays.

Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time, you’ll have autonomy, flexibility, and a career pathway you can shape-while enjoying a relaxed coastal lifestyle.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver evidence-based intervention to children with ASD, ADHD and other developmental conditions
  • Work primarily in clinic (90%) with occasional community visits (10%)
  • Provide both individual and group therapy sessions
  • Maintain sustainable caseloads- no more than 5 clients per day with 15–30 minutes allocated for documentation between sessions
  • Use one full day per week for report writing and planning
What’s On Offer
  • Salary: $100K - $140K + Super
  • Bonus Structure if you exceed your billable target (accounts for any additional hours you may spend on a client - it's not expected)
  • Stay Pay Bonus: $22,000 over 2 years (Full-time)
  • Relocation Assistance: Help with moving costs, rent or car hire - flexible according to your situation
  • Professional Development: $5,000 annual allowance + paid leave + access to premium PD events (e.g. SOS Feeding Conference in Brisbane)
  • Career Progression: Specialise in an interest area, lead projects for service improvement in the clinic, supervise students or take on clinical supervision responsibilities 
  • Work-Life Balance: Work an 8 or 9 day fortnight, with a day off for yourself. 
  • Supportive Admin Team: Handles bookings, billings, and more so you can focus on your clients
  • Clinic Facilities: Fully equipped, purpose-built rooms, therapy dogs, and a welcoming, home-like environment
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
