What’s on Offer

• Employee or contractor options with clear tiers, $62 per hour for general psychologists and $66 per hour for senior psychologists, or contractor rates of $126 weekdays and $162 Saturdays, offering flexibility and income alignment with your goals
• Minimum standard of six billable sessions per day within paid eight hour shifts, allowing control over pacing, clustered sessions and shorter days where preferred
• Ability to tailor your caseload, avoiding couples, primary AOD presentations and paediatrics, resulting in more satisfying and sustainable clinical work
• Flexible scheduling with mornings, evenings and occasional Saturdays shared across the team, supporting work life balance and lifestyle driven rosters
• In house supervision and monthly group supervision creating connection, support and professional growth without external admin burden

• Private billing and Medicare focused practice, with NDIS limited to self managed and plan managed clients
• Five consultation rooms with space to grow, seeing adolescents through to end of life presentations
• Fully staffed reception managing bookings, payments, referrals, reminders and rebookings so clinicians focus purely on therapy
• Session structure of 80 minute blocks enabling depth of care and reduced back to back pressure
• Purpose built staff room and kitchenette, plus Kobe the therapy dog contributing to a relaxed and human clinic atmosphere
