Leadership Senior Psychologist opportunity in an innovative private practice working with paediatric NDIS clients in Northern Melbourne.
An established multidisciplinary team of Psychologists, Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists are seeking a
Senior Psychologist to provide specialised therapies to a range of paediatric clients. This practice is spread across two clinics in the Bundoora area of Melbourne and boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including a purpose built sensory gym.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Psychologist to step into a full-time leadership position with four days' per week dedicated to clinical work, and one day a week dedicated to managerial duties.
Please note your caseload expectation will be reduced in consideration of the managerial aspect of this role.

Your duties will include:
- Initial assessment and ongoing treatment of children and adolescents presenting with ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, Challenging Behaviour, Anxiety, Learning Difficulties
- Maintaining exceptional therapy standards embracing family-centred and strength-based philosophies on both a 1:1 and group basis
- Working across two practices within 10 minutes of each other in the Bundoora area
- Collaborating with the practice owner to expand the team of Psychologists, including interviewing prospective candidates
- Supervision of Junior Psychologists
Requirements/Skills: - Proven experience with ASD, NDIS and challenging behaviour in children and young people
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Working with Children and Police Checks
- Board-approved Supervisors will be highly regarded
