  • Clear onboarding plan with ongoing check-ins
  • Dedicated admin team + diary support to get you started

  • Weekly and ad hoc supervision when needed
You’ll initially receive support with diary management, before transitioning to managing your own schedule with autonomy.

Team Culture:
This is a genuinely tight-knit and positive team with very low staff turnover. The clinic is known for its supportive environment and collaborative approach.
  • Quarterly team building + end-of-year celebrations
  • Regular in-house and external PD (no strict budget – tailored to your interests)
  • Multidisciplinary team with strong collaboration
  • Long-standing clinicians who value stability and support
Additional Perks:
  • iPad provided for Speech Pathologists
  • Option for MacBook or work phone
  • Concentrated service area (Eastwood, Inner West, Hills) – minimal travel
