What’s on offer: - $80,000 – $105,000 + Super (with $5000 increase for Saturday work)
- Mixed caseload: approx. 70% paediatrics / 30% adults (paeds-focused option available)

About the Role: You’ll be working across a varied but manageable caseload, primarily paediatrics, with the flexibility to reduce or remove adult clients if preferred. The work is therapy-focused, with minimal emphasis on heavy report writing.
You’ll support clients with:
- Speech, language and communication needs
- Emotional regulation and social communication
- Referrals come through a mix of NDIS, Medicare, iCare, Workers Comp and aged care, giving you great exposure without overwhelming complexity.

- Structured 3-month ramp-up for new starters

- Team Leader support (Grade 1–3 structure in place)
- Weekly and ad hoc supervision when needed
You’ll initially receive support with diary management, before transitioning to managing your own schedule with autonomy.
