Our client is a well-established NDIS provider with clinics based in Campbelltown

About the Role:

You’ll manage a varied caseload of paediatric clients, with some adult clients, depending on your preferences and experience. Between clinic and community settings.

Caseloads are intentionally flexible — while a mix is required, there is genuine effort to align work with your clinical interests.

You’ll be working within a structured team environment with access to leadership, while still maintaining autonomy in your day-to-day.

Support Available:
  • Dedicated Speech Team Leader for clinical guidance
  • Broader therapy leadership structure 
  • Large Allied Health Assistant team to support service delivery
  • Collaborative multidisciplinary environment
