About the position

This opportunity suits a general Dentist who wants consistent patient demand and the backing of a team that helps you do your best work. 

Your day-to-day clinical work may include:

• Comprehensive exams, check-ups, cleans and preventive dentistry
• Treatment planning with clear patient education and consent
• Restorative dentistry including composite fillings, crowns and bridges
• Emergency appointments, pain relief and triage dentistry
• Extractions and routine oral surgery
• Root canal therapy (aligned to your experience and preferences)
• Opportunities to expand into implants, whitening, clear aligners/orthodontics and more

Practice features and clinical support:

• In-house sedation services to support patient comfort
• Visiting specialists and access to advanced clinical input
• OPG imaging and modern diagnostic capability
• Contemporary implant and orthodontic systems
• Structured graduate training + mentorship program (ideal for grads)
• Regular CPD, mentorship and monthly clinical support meetings
• External call centre support drawing from a large patient base to keep books consistently full

Key Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
• Confidence delivering high-quality general dentistry and routine procedures
• Patient-first communication and a calm, professional manner
• Reliable, team-oriented approach and commitment to excellent outcomes
