General Dentist | Premium Multi Award-Winning Practice | Southern Highlands

Job Description

About the company

Our client is a premium, multi award-winning dental practice in the Southern Highlands region, known for delivering an exceptional patient experience and consistently high clinical standards. With six chairs, a large and capable support team, and a strong clinician group (including Oral Health Therapists and therapists), the practice is built for efficient workflows and high-quality dentistry.

For added variety and additional patient demand, there is also the option to work across a second nearby clinic within the group.

About the position

Our client is looking for a General Dentist to join our clients’ team, with flexibility on days (negotiable based on current capacity). This opportunity is ideal for a Dentist who enjoys comprehensive general dentistry and restorative work, and who values a premium environment where systems, support, and patient flow allow you to focus on delivering outstanding care.

A standout feature of this role is the clinical structure: Oral Health Therapists manage routine hygiene and maintenance appointments, giving you more time to concentrate on higher-value dentistry, complex treatment planning, and restorative casework.

Your clinical scope may include:
  • Comprehensive examinations, diagnostics and treatment planning
  • Restorative dentistry including composite fillings, crowns and bridges
  • Cosmetic dentistry including veneers and smile enhancements (where appropriate)
  • Root canal therapy and management of dental pain
  • Extractions, urgent appointments and dental emergencies (within your scope)
  • Full-mouth rehabilitation and complex case sequencing
  • Preventive education and long-term oral health strategies
Key requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights
  • A patient-first mindset with a commitment to high-quality outcomes
  • Confidence with general dentistry and comprehensive treatment planning
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work closely with OHTs and other clinicians
  • All experience levels considered (confidence with complex cases will be highly regarded)
On offer Our client offers a rare role for Dentists who value clinical quality, premium dentistry and strong internal support:
  • Flexible scheduling with days negotiable
  • Established, high-end practice with strong reputation and loyal patient demand
  • Large, experienced support team and a collaborative clinical environment
  • Six-chair facility with smooth systems and efficient patient flow
  • OHT coverage for routine hygiene/check-ups, freeing you for complex dentistry
  • Option to work across a second nearby clinic for variety and additional demand
  • An environment that supports professional growth and exposure to advanced cases
