About the position Our client is looking for a General Dentist to join our clients’ team, with flexibility on days (negotiable based on current capacity). This opportunity is ideal for a Dentist who enjoys comprehensive general dentistry and restorative work, and who values a premium environment where systems, support, and patient flow allow you to focus on delivering outstanding care.
A standout feature of this role is the clinical structure: Oral Health Therapists manage routine hygiene and maintenance appointments, giving you more time to concentrate on higher-value dentistry, complex treatment planning, and restorative casework.
Your clinical scope may include:
- Comprehensive examinations, diagnostics and treatment planning
- Restorative dentistry including composite fillings, crowns and bridges
- Cosmetic dentistry including veneers and smile enhancements (where appropriate)
- Root canal therapy and management of dental pain
- Extractions, urgent appointments and dental emergencies (within your scope)
- Full-mouth rehabilitation and complex case sequencing
- Preventive education and long-term oral health strategies
Key requirements
- Current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights
- A patient-first mindset with a commitment to high-quality outcomes
- Confidence with general dentistry and comprehensive treatment planning
- Collaborative approach and ability to work closely with OHTs and other clinicians
- All experience levels considered (confidence with complex cases will be highly regarded)
