The practice is well resourced with modern digital technology and a strong support team to help clinicians deliver outstanding outcomes.

About the position

Our client is looking for an experienced Dentist who takes pride in clinical excellence and long-term patient care. This is a rare opportunity to step into a stable, high-performing chair with immediate demand and the ability to build to (or step into) a full-time schedule.

You’ll be working across a broad scope of comprehensive general dentistry, with a strong focus on quality and patient trust. Depending on your skillset and interests, you may be performing and/or planning treatments such as:
  • Comprehensive examinations, preventive care and patient education
  • Restorative dentistry including composite fillings, crowns and bridges

  • Clear aligner orthodontics and aesthetic smile improvements (e.g., veneers)
  • Endodontic and extraction work as required, plus emergency appointments
Key requirements
  • AHPRA registration and full Australian working rights
  • 8+ years of Australian clinical experience (private practice highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated capability in paediatric care and comprehensive restorative dentistry
  • Confidence with implant restorations and clear aligner workflows
  • Strong communication, patient conversion skills and high emotional intelligence
  • A portfolio of clinical cases (complex cases preferred)
  • Commitment to ongoing learning (postgraduate education highly regarded)
On offer
  • Minimum 3 days per week from commencement, with full-time preferred
  • Strong patient demand and systems that support consistent bookings
  • Supportive environment with senior clinical mentorship and regular clinician meetings
  • Access to modern technology including CBCT, intraoral cameras and digital scanners
  • CPD support: matched benefits up to $2,000 per year
  • High-calibre team culture with quality-focused systems and top-tier lab support
  • Future pathway for business buy-in potential within ~10 years (for the right fit)
