About the position Our client is looking for a highly experienced Dentist to join our clients’ team in a senior clinical capacity. This role suits a clinician who enjoys complex treatment planning, values exceptional outcomes, and wants to work within a practice that supports advanced care—including access to IV sedation to facilitate patient comfort and complex treatment delivery.
You’ll be working with an engaged patient base and a team that values collaboration, professionalism and continuous improvement.
Your scope may include
- Comprehensive examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning
- Patient education, preventive care and long-term oral health strategies
- Complex restorative dentistry including crowns, bridges and rehabilitation planning
- Cosmetic dentistry such as whitening, veneers and smile design cases
- Implant dentistry and surgical workflows (where experienced and appropriate)
- Management of urgent appointments and pain relief dentistry
- Coordinating multi-stage cases with a high standard of documentation and follow-up
Key requirements
- AHPRA registration as a Dentist with unrestricted Australian working rights
- 5+ years’ clinical experience in Australia (general dentistry and/or implant surgery)
- Implant experience highly regarded (or strong interest with advanced case exposure)
- High standards of clinical judgement, ethics and patient-centred care
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with patients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive, collaborative team
