About the position
Our client is looking for an experienced Dentist to step into a senior role with real clinical autonomy and the chance to influence how dentistry is delivered across the practice. You’ll manage comprehensive care, take the lead on complex treatment planning, and support the development of junior clinicians and OHT/assistants through mentoring and case collaboration.
You’ll have scope to grow advanced treatments and shape best-practice standards while building long-term relationships with a diverse family and multicultural demographic.
Typical clinical scope may include:
- Comprehensive exams, prevention and patient education
- Complex restorative and rehabilitation cases (crowns, bridges, full-mouth planning)
- Molar endodontics, emergency dentistry and pain management
- Surgical extractions and complex treatment sequencing
- Cosmetic dentistry (smile design, veneers, whitening)
- Implants and clear aligners (experience ideal, strong interest welcomed)
Key requirements
- AHPRA registration and unrestricted Australian working rights
- 5+ years’ Australian clinical experience in comprehensive general dentistry
- Confidence with complex restorative/rehabilitation planning
- Competence in molar endodontics and surgical extractions
- A collaborative leadership style with strong communication and mentoring ability
- Commitment to prevention-focused, patient-centred care and high clinical standards
