With consistent referrals from onsite health services and a steady stream of walk-in patients, these clinics are built for clinicians who want full books, efficient workflows and a supportive team environment.
Our client is looking for
4 Oral Health Therapists to join our clients’ team across several busy clinics in
metro Brisbane and key regional hubs (with options spanning both QLD and VIC).
You’ll step into a practice environment where appointment books are often filled in advance, with strong daily foot traffic and regular internal referrals. This is a great opportunity for an OHT who enjoys patient variety, consistent hygiene/therapy demand, and the ability to build a loyal recall base quickly.
Typical scope and services may include: - Comprehensive oral health assessments and hygiene care
- Scale and cleans, periodontal maintenance, and non-surgical periodontal therapy
- Oral health education and prevention programs
- Children’s dentistry (as per scope), fissure sealants and preventive treatments
- Whitening and other supportive adjunctive treatments (where offered)
- Assisting with triage of dental emergencies and coordinating follow-up care
Key Requirements: - AHPRA registration (Oral Health Therapist)
- Strong communication skills and patient-first approach
- Confidence working in a busy clinic with walk-ins and referrals
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team structure
- Experience range considered (roles available across different clinic needs)
- Adult scope desirable
